My instance doesn't connectAfter launching an instance it may take around 0-3 minutes to deploy the instance in cloud. So, just give around 2 minutes after launching and try to connect again.

I can't get SSD storage on my instanceBalanced and Gaming Instances are eligible to get free SSD attached to it. To use the feature 1. Launch your instance 2. Login to your instance 3. Go to Disk Management 4. Create a simple volume which is available To get more help, you can download our User Manual or chat with us.

Is there any free trial?Yes, new users get free 10 C Points in their account. So, you can launch SIMPLE instance for 1 hour to get the experience.

How can I add C Points to my account?To add C Points to your account, please follow these steps: 1. Go to the Profile Menu on your website. 2. Look for the option "My C Points" and click on it. This will take you to the C Points management page. 3. On the C Points page, scroll down to the bottom of the page. 4. You will find an option to buy and add C Points to your account. Click on this option. 5. Follow the instructions provided to complete the purchase process. This may involve selecting the desired quantity of C Points and providing payment information. 6. Once the transaction is successfully completed, the purchased C Points will be added to your account. If you try to connect less than 3 minutes after the launch, you may not be able to establish the connection. Please wait for a few minutes and try again.
